| coordination with the Department of Economic and Community |
| Development, the federal Economic Development Administration and |
| the Town of Kittery, among others. At the completion of the |
| evaluation, the same group is required to develop a marketing |
| plan to advertise the assets available at the shipyard and in the |
| Town of Kittery. |
