A.__Makes or causes to be made, a false entry or statement
of fact;

 
B.__Fails to make correct entries in any report, account,
record or memorandum kept by a person that is required by or
subject to this chapter;

 
C.__Removes out of the jurisdiction of this State or
mutilates, alters or by any other means falsifies
documentary evidence of a person subject to this chapter; or

 
D.__Refuses to submit to the commissioner or to any of the
commissioner's authorized agents, for the purpose of
inspection and taking copies, documentary evidence of a
person, subject to this chapter, in that person's possession
or within that person's control.

 
(1)7.__Report.__If a person fails to file an annual or special
report as required by this chapter, the commissioner shall notify
that person of the failure to report and designate a day by which
the report must be received.__If the report is not received
within 30 days of the designated day, the person shall forfeit
$100 to the State for each day beyond the 30-day period.__The
forfeiture is payable into the State Treasury and is recoverable
in a civil suit, in the name of the State, brought in the county
where the person has that person's principal office or in the
Superior Court.

 
§2524.__General penalties

 
1.__Criminal violation.__A person who violates this chapter or
the rules adopted under this chapter for which__no other criminal
penalty is provided by this chapter commits a Class E crime.__If
the violation involves intent to defraud or any distribution or
attempted distribution of a product that is adulterated, except
as defined in section 2511, subsection 1, paragraph K, the person
commits a Class D crime.

 
2.__Civil violation.__A person who violates this chapter or
any rule adopted under this chapter commits a civil violation for
which a forfeiture of not more than $1,000 may be adjudged for
each violation.__If the commissioner finds that the violation
occurred despite the exercise of due care, the commissioner may
issue a warning instead of seeking a forfeiture.

 
§2524-A.__Action upon violation

 
After discovery of a violation of this chapter or the rules
adopted under this chapter, the commissioner may take any
additional action against the licensed establishment that the
