| | | Sec. 1. 23 MRSA §1973, sub-§4, śC is enacted to read: |

| | | C.__The authority may not charge a fee at the Exit 1 York | | tollbooth on the Maine Turnpike for southbound traffic on | | the Sunday preceding Labor Day and Labor Day. |

| | | This bill prohibits the Maine Turnpike Authority from | | collecting tolls at the Exit 1 York tollbooth on the Maine | | Turnpike for southbound traffic on the Sunday preceding Labor Day | | and Labor Day. |
