Sec. 1. Preference point system. Resolved:
That the Department of Inland
Fisheries and Wildlife shall establish a preference point system
for the moose lottery that awards applicants with the most
preference points the first permits issued.
SUMMARY
This resolve requires the Department of Inland Fisheries and
Wildlife to establish a preference point system for the issuance
of moose permits.
