| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7076, sub-§1-A is enacted to read: |

| | | 1-A.__Resident 70 years of age and older.__Notwithstanding | | section 7457, any resident of the State who is 70 years of age or | | older and possesses a valid hunting license may take an | | antlerless deer during the open season on deer. |

| | | This bill allows a resident of the State who is 70 years of | | age or older to lawfully take an antlerless deer during the open | | season on deer. |
