Sec. 1. Maine Turnpike Authority to create turnpike Exit 9 pass. Resolved: That
the Maine Turnpike Authority shall develop and implement a plan
to provide a waiver for travelers entering the turnpike from Exit
8 or Exit 10 and exiting at Exit 9. Travelers would pay the
current user fee at Exit 8 and Exit 10 and upon request would
receive a pass to use Exit 9 at no charge.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Maine Turnpike Authority to provide a
waiver for travelers exiting at Exit 9 in Falmouth from Exit 8 in
Westbrook and Exit 10 in West Falmouth. Current user fees for
Exit 8 and Exit 10 would not be affected.
