| | | Sec. 1. Reimbursement of State's share of salt and sand storage facilities construction | | costs. Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, | | Title 23, section 1851 requiring reimbursements to be made based | | on a schedule established by the Department of Environmental | | Protection, the State shall reimburse, in accordance with Title | | 23, chapter 13, subchapter VII, those municipalities that have | | constructed, prior to January 1, 2001, salt and sand storage | | facilities that were approved by the Department of | | Transportation. Reimbursement must be made no later than | | December 31, 2001. |
