| A business may be issued transporter plates and a license to |
| transport an unregistered light trailer, or a light trailer with |
| a load appropriate for that trailer, that is owned by or in the |
| custody of that business.__A license holder may use the plate |
| only if the vehicle transporting the light trailer is accompanied |
| by the business owner or an employee of the business.__A |
| transporter plate may not be used in lieu of registration plates |
| on another vehicle, loaned, used for personal reasons or used on |
| a towing vehicle.__For the purposes of this section, "business" |
| means a corporation, firm, partnership, joint venture or other |
| commercial entity. |
