| | | Sec. 1. 14 MRSA §159-A, sub-§7 is enacted to read: |

| | | 7.__Environmental laws and regulations.__A person who accesses | | property under this section is liable for any violations or | | infractions of state environmental laws.__State agencies shall | | exercise due diligence in finding and prosecuting these | | violators. |
