Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from
the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Dam Removal

 
All Other$100,000

 
Provides funds for the removal of the Mt.
Zircon dam located in Rumford. This dam has
been condemned by the Maine Emergency
Management Agency.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill appropriates $100,000 for the removal of the Mt.
Zircon dam located in Rumford.
