| | | Sec. 1. 38 MRSA §603-C is enacted to read: |

| | | §603-C.__Gasoline sulfur levels |

| | | Notwithstanding section 603-A, subsection 2, paragraph A, the | | sulfur level of gasoline sold in this State may not exceed 400 | | parts per million. |

| | | This bill limits the sulfur level of gasoline sold in this | | State to 400 parts per million. |
