| | | Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §2600-A is enacted to read: |

| | | §2600-A.__Confidentiality of personal information of licensee |

| | | Unless the licensee provides no professional address and | | telephone number, the board may not publicly disclose a | | licensee's private residence address or telephone number.__The | | board may not publicly disclose a licensee's social security | | number. |

| | | Sec. 2. 32 MRSA §3300-A is enacted to read: |

| | | The bill protects the privacy of physicians in the State by | | preventing the Board of Licensure in Medicine and the Board of | | Osteopathic Licensure from disclosing to the public certain | | personal information. |
