Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6431-F, sub-§5, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 397, §6, is
amended to read:

 
5. Repeal. This section is repealed December 31, 2001 2005.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill extends the repeal date for the lobster trap tag
laws from December 31, 2001 to December 31, 2005.
