Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from
the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Provides for the appropriation
of funds for the State's share
of the budget to operate the
Northeast Legislative
Association on Prescription
Drug Pricing, including one
contracted position to work on
the collective purchasing of
prescription drugs by a group
of 8 northeastern states.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill provides funds for the State's share of the cost to
operate the Northeast Legislative Association on Prescription
Drug Pricing.
