Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 17-A MRSA §1204, sub-§5 is enacted to read:

 
5.__The convicted person may be allowed out-of-state travel
for work purposes only.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows a convicted person who is placed on probation
or on supervised release out-of-state travel for work purposes
only.
