| | | Sec. 1. Allocation. The following funds are allocated from the | | Highway Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act. |

| | | Allocates funds for the cost of reimbursing | | municipalities for Priority 1 and Priority 2 | | sand and salt building projects that were | | identified by the Department of Transportation | | as of January 8, 2001. Funds allocated for | | this purpose may not lapse but must be carried | | into the next fiscal year. |

| | | This bill allocates $1,100,000 from the Highway Fund for the | | purpose of providing funds to municipalities for the construction | | of Priority 1 or Priority 2 sand and salt sheds. |
