Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from
the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SYSTEM, BOARD OF TRUSTEES

 
OF THE

 
Maine Technical College System,

 
Board of Trustees

 
All Other$396,000

 
Provides operating funds for
the proposed Bath Higher
Education Center.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill provides a General Fund appropriation of $396,000 in
fiscal year 2002-03 to support an operating budget for the
proposed Bath Higher Education Center.
