Resolved: That the Department of Human Services, | | Bureau of Health shall adopt rules to authorize both individual | | farmers and farmers at farmers' markets to accept coupons under | | the Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, as authorized under the | | Women, Infants, and Children Special Supplemental Food Program of | | the United States Child Nutrition Act of 1966, as amended. Rules | | adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as | | defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, | | subchapter II-A. |
