| | | 8-A.__Youth conservation education programs.__Twenty percent | | of the revenue generated by the public chance drawing must be | | deposited into a special nonlapsing account within the department | | to fund youth conservation education programs. |

| | | This bill provides for a percentage of revenue from the public | | chance drawing for moose hunting permits to be used to fund youth | | conservation education programs. |
