| | | Notwithstanding sections 651 and 652, conservation easements | | and development rights acquired after October 1, 2001 by any | | entity are subject to taxation under this Part. |

| | | This bill provides that conservation easements and development | | rights acquired after October 1, 2001 by any entity are subject | | to property tax. |
