Sec. 1. 34-A MRSA §11221, sub-§1, ¶¶A, C and F, as enacted by PL 1999, c. 437, §2, are amended to read:

A. The sex offender's or sexually violent predator's name, aliases, date of birth, sex, race, height, weight, eye color, social security number, mailing address, home address or expected domicile and driver's license number and a description of any motor vehicle owned and operated by the offender or predator, including vehicle identification number and license plate number;

C. Offense history, including the terms, conditions and duration of any probation or parole;

F. A description of the offense for which the sex offender or sexually violent predator was convicted, the sex and age of the victim, the date of conviction and the sentence imposed; and

SUMMARY

This bill amends the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act of 1999 to include in the sex offender registry the following information: the sex offender's social security number; the sex and age of the victim; the terms, conditions and duration of any probation or parole in the offense history of the offender; the sex offender's driver's license number; and a description of any motor vehicle owned and operated by the offender, including vehicle identification number and license plate number.
