| | | Sec. 1. 8 MRSA §275-O is enacted to read: |

| | | §275-O.__Conduct race; accept wager |
|
| | | Regardless of whether race dates have been assigned pursuant | | to section 271, every commercial track must be allowed to conduct | | races and accept wagers on those races on any day during which | | races conducted at any other racetrack in the State are being | | simulcast. |

| | | This bill allows all commercial tracks to conduct live racing | | whenever any track in the State is simulcasting its races. |
