Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to revise the Maine income tax code to
ensure that any changes at the federal level to the rate of
income tax and the deductions and credits allowed under the
federal tax code do not decrease the amount of income tax revenue
received by the State.
