Resolved: That | | the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau | | of Revenue Services shall redesign the Maine individual income | | tax form so that the voluntary checkoff for the Maine Endangered | | and Nongame Wildlife Fund, as established in the Maine Revised | | Statutes, Title 12, section 7757, is located on page 1 of the | | form. The redesigned form must be used beginning with the 2001 | | tax year. |
