Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to amend current law to ensure that
licensed physicians are not unduly restricted in the scope or
manner of prescribing medication for their patients.
