| | | Provides one-time funds to | | continue the operation of | | "mainescience.org," an | | interactive clearinghouse of | | science and technology | | information at a publicly | | accessible site on the | | Internet, until the | | clearinghouse can attract | | adequate outside funding and | | becomes self-sufficient. |

| | | This bill provides one-time General Fund appropriations of | | $100,000 in each year of the 2002-2003 biennium for the Maine | | Science and Technology Foundation to continue the operation of | | "mainescience.org" until the clearinghouse can attract adequate | | outside funding and becomes self-sufficient. |
