| | | Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §1825-B, sub-§11 is enacted to read: |

| | | 11.__Toll calling and phone card services bid.__ | | Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the Director | | of the Bureau of General Services shall purchase annually toll | | calling and phone card services for all departments and agencies | | of the State through competitive bidding. |

| | | This bill requires the Director of the Bureau of General | | Services within the Department of Administrative and Financial | | Services to purchase toll calling and phone card services for all | | state departments and agencies on an annual basis through | | competitive bidding. |
