Sec. 1. School funding. Resolved:
That the Department of Audit shall
review procedures, goals and actual expenditures since 1996 of
disbursements of general purpose aid for education. The
Department of Audit shall submit its findings to the Joint
Standing Committee on Education and Cultural Affairs by December
31, 2001.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Department of Audit to examine
disbursements of general purpose aid for education and to report
its findings to the Joint Standing Committee on Education and
Cultural Affairs.
