Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to amend the current law to require state
courts to notify credit rating companies of debt clearances when
certain cases involving debt or bankruptcy are resolved.
