Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 7 MRSA §3906-B, sub-§4,
as amended by PL 1997, c. 690, §2, is
repealed.
Sec. 2. 7 MRSA §3947, 3rd ¶,
as enacted by PL 1991, c. 779, §39, is
repealed.
SUMMARY
This bill excuses animal control officers from attending the
Maine Criminal Justice Academy.
