Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §5401, sub-§15, ķE is enacted to read:

 
E.__A school board shall consider the amount of pollution
emitted by a school bus when purchasing a school bus.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires a school board to consider the amount of
pollution emitted by a school bus when purchasing a school bus.
