| Sec. 1. Medicaid reimbursement for Behavioral Specialist I. Resolved: That the |
| Department of Human Services shall adopt rules to increase the |
| reimbursement rate for the position of Section 65 Behavioral |
| Specialist I to $30 per treatment hour. Rules for Behavior |
| Specialist I must also be amended to include reimbursement for |
| work-related travel time in excess of 30 minutes and |
| reimbursement for work-related miles traveled in a private |
| vehicle in excess of 30 miles. Rules adopted pursuant to this |
| section are routine technical rules as defined by the Maine |
| Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 11-A. |
