Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 4 MRSA §803, sub-§2, as amended by PL 1987, c. 395, Pt. A,
§12, is repealed.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill allows a person to take the bar examination without
first attending law school.
