Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6421, sub-§1-A is enacted to read:

 
1-A.__License purchase date.__A lobster and crab fishing
license may not be sold after September 30th for the current
licensing year.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill prohibits the sale of lobster and crab fishing
licenses after September 30th for the current licensing year.
