An Act to Change the Compensation of the Panel of Mediators

Fund if the executive director is the prevailing party in the
action.
SUMMARY
This bill changes the compensation for the panel of mediators
in a mediation proceeding in a dispute resolution from $100 to
$200 for up to 4 hours of mediation services.
