| | | Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from | | the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act. |

| | | Provides funds for the Capital | | Riverfront Improvement | | District, which was established | | by Private and Special Law | | 1999, chapter 58. |

| | | This bill provides annual General Fund appropriations of | | $75,000 in fiscal years 2001-02 and 2002-03 for the State | | Planning Office within the Executive Department to grant to the | | Capital Riverfront Improvement District. |
