| | | The Secretary of State shall comply with the provisions of | | Title 18, United States Code, Chapter 123 in disclosing records. | | The Secretary of State may not require a person receiving | | information to agree to indemnify the Secretary of State for any | | damages incurred by the Secretary of State for the release of | | records. |

| | | This bill prohibits the Secretary of State from conditioning | | the release of records relating to a person's motor vehicle | | registration and driver's license on the agreement of the person | | receiving the records to indemnify the Secretary of State for any | | damages incurred by the Secretary of State due to the release of | | the records. |
