Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to establish a program under which used or
obsolete electronic equipment accompanied by the purchase receipt
can be returned to the place of purchase for recycling in lieu of
disposal of such items at municipal waste facilities.
