Sec. 1. Organ and tissue donor registry. Resolved:
That the Secretary of
State shall institute an organ and tissue donor registry
enrollment program, based on the donor registry system in the
State of Michigan, through the license information of the
Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Secretary of State to institute an
organ and tissue donor registry system based on the donor
registry system in the State of Michigan.
