Sec. 1. 32 MRSA §1203, as repealed and replaced by PL 1999, c. 386, Pt. F, §16, is amended by adding at the end a new paragraph to read:

An applicant for licensure may take an examination before that applicant has completed the educational requirements set forth in section 1202.

SUMMARY

This bill provides that an applicant for licensure by the Electricians' Examining Board may take an examination before that applicant has completed the educational requirements for licensure.
