Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SUMMARY

This bill includes General Fund appropriations totalling $30,000 in fiscal year 2001-02 and $40,000 in fiscal year 2002-03 for the Department of Corrections to lease one vehicle for each regional probation office to assist in transporting persons involved with probation violations.
