Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §2901, sub-§7 is enacted to read:

 
7.__Distribution of flags.__The State Purchasing Agent shall,
upon written request by municipal officers, provide one American
flag for each grave that is subject to the requirement of
subsection 1.__The distribution of a flag for each grave is a
one-time provision.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires the State to distribute flags to
municipalities for use on veterans' graves. The distribution of
a flag for each grave is a one-time provision.
