Sec. 1. Reimbursement for Indian health clinic. Resolved:
That the Department
of Human Services shall adopt rules to provide the Indian health
clinic with the highest possible levels of reimbursement. Rules
adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as
defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375,
subchapter II-A.
SUMMARY
This resolve requires the Department of Human Services to
adopt rules to provide the Indian health clinic with the highest
possible levels of reimbursement.
