| | 1. Two Senators, appointed by the President of the Senate; |

| | 4. One member from the Maine Civil Liberties Union, appointed | by the union; |
|
| | 5. The Commissioner of Corrections or the commissioner's | designee; |

| | 6. One member from the Maine Council of Churches, appointed | by the council; |

| | 7. One member from Amnesty International, appointed by that | organization; and |
|
