| | | A facility, not part of a hospital, in which abortions are | | performed is an ambulatory surgical facility as defined in | | section 303 and is subject to all licensing and inspection | | requirements and standards applicable to ambulatory surgical | | facilities. |

| | | This bill defines facilities, other than hospitals, in which | | abortions are performed as ambulatory surgical facilities, thus | | subjecting the facilities to the licensing and inspection | | requirements and standards applicable to such facilities. |
