Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
CONCEPT DRAFT
SUMMARY
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
This bill proposes to require political workers to wear name
tags that read either: "Paid to Campaign" or "Paid Staff." This
bill would also require political workers to identify themselves
as paid staff when making phone calls or otherwise contacting the
public.
