Sec. 1. Medicaid rules. Resolved: That, by January 1, 2002, the
Department of Human Services shall amend its rules regarding
reimbursement under the Medicaid program to provide for
reimbursement for the purchase of hearing aids and the provision
of dental care for adults. Rules adopted pursuant to this
section are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine
Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-A.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve provides that by January 1, 2002 the Department
of Human Services shall amend its rules regarding reimbursement
under the Medicaid program to provide for reimbursement for the
purchase of hearing aids and the provision of dental care for
adults. These rules are routine technical rules as defined by
the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter II-
A.
