Sec. 1. Review of Washington County government structure; report. The Washington County commissioners shall review the organization and structure of county government in Washington County. The commissioners shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on State and Local Government by January 1, 2002 with a plan for hiring a county administrator for Washington County and for increasing the number of county commissioner districts from 3 to 5 using legislative House of Representatives district borders.
