Sec. 1. School nutrition. Resolved:
That the Department of Education
shall revise its rules relating to the a la carte menu that is
implemented as part of the lunch program for schools in the
State. As part of the rule revision, the department shall allow
schools to determine what items may be sold on an a la carte
menu.
SUMMARY
This resolve directs the Department of Education to revise its
school lunch program as it pertains to the items on an a la carte
menu.
