Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Provides one-time funds in fiscal year 2001-02 of $2,100,000 to the University of Maine System's Western Maine University Center and $150,000 to the University of Maine at Machias to renovate and equip classroom space, and provides $150,000 to Western Maine University Center for operations in fiscal year 2002- 03.
